Men, screaming, perishing,
This turmoil in the commonwealth is not dying.
Fire ignited, blazing high,
Benevolent actions, human rights, defied.

Rising brutality,  declining existentialism,
Political leaders bearing spite and sadism.
Blood, stones, broken bones,
Cries, laments, mother India groans.

Promises of tranquility and dreams were made, 
Damn! We were preyed.
Our country is being peddled as if it's a trade!
Worst form of human behaviour ever displayed.

We are in discomfort, surrounded by chaos,
Peace and harmony are central to our ethos?
Normalcy is claimed, citizens are blamed,
For our progeny, our present will be a shame!

Every situation in life is temporary. So, when life’s good, make sure you enjoy and receive it full. And when life’s not so good, remember that it’ll not last forever and better days are on the way.
